Poor dog....
Looks like it's made mainly for the dog to lay down and have it's own windscreen. It's only unsafe if they crash, then again, getting thrown away from a bike/trailer combo might be a good thing
the dog is unaware that his owners have been lobotomized; there are so many other ways to take your dog for a ride (though I think even the idea is crazy)
That's just plain stupid. Not only is it dangerous for obvious reasons, but you've just put your dog directly behind all the noise and emissions from your exhaust. Morons.

Like the idea however I just don't think it looks very safe. She may have 5000 miles on her but I think she would like to have 50000 more. I would just think adding some aluminum bars on the sides to prevent her from slipping and falling off the sides would be beneficial. The "she does it all the time" is something you also hear after something tragic happens. Out of safety for the dog, just add something on the sides because she doesn't know any better but you should. Like I said love the idea, just not the way you are doing it.
Last time I checked this was still an (almost) free country. You can like it or not. Thats fine. But she seems to be having a great time. doesn't look like she was forced up there. Please feel free to state your opinions but until some safetycrat comes up with yet another law infringing even further into our freedoms, please don't tell them how to live.
