That might have come from night riding in NC, flying fauna very plentiful here. Or it might have been from the many chicken/turkey farms in NC and Georgia, last year NC produced 781 million chickens and 39 million turkeys. When you smell the birds, you are already hitting the flies!!!
I hated cleaning my Ultra from love bugs in Florida. I had to pull over every 40 miles to clean the windshield.
My GL1800 is easier to wipe down.
What a pain getting into the crevices. I don't miss that.
