WOW! So sorry to hear that Lori got hurt, but very glad to here that she's okay & recovering. I crashed out over Black Canyon in Colorado last August. My gear saved my life. I'm still not back on a bike yet. Tell Lori that she is in my prayers.

Get WELL soon!! I know EXACTLY how you feel! I have the EXACT same piece of Titanium in my left wrist as well!! Do all the physical therapy you can stand...go everyday, that is the key. The strength will return, I promise. Took me 9 months from date of surgery till the next time I could ride. Godspeed.

My plate is T shaped and the upper T part is wrapped around the bone. Works awesome with no issues!
