Bearing seized and superheated the spindle till it snapped.
Shoulda bought a Ford.
Wheel bearing failure.
Yeah because Fords never break down.

Then again it can happen to anyone who isnt smart enough to check the wheel bearings once in a while!!!!
Hold on, I was just out in the garage checking my wheel bearings. What did I miss?
I though when the bearings fail you get grinding? How do you go from grinding to the shaft breaks?
Mine was on a highway,hot girl next to me,stereo blasting,3 foot red bong, you know the rest
He probably couldn't hear the grinding over the slayers' super sweet straight pipes.
Um, it was a joke guys... I guess all of that Tenn. air already giving you guys brain damage. Watch out, your toofs will fall out next. Yeehaw.
Jason - lol! Knoxville area has the worst air quality in the nation. The air obviously kills brain cells and removes sense of humor. I see that a lot amongst the know-it-all locals in that area. Guess being inbred, breathing that foul air and never seeing the outside world turns you very strange!
That is the suck. I'd ask if the dude remember to regularly grease the bearings as I'm sure they're not sealed, but if he's got a car like that, I'd be willing to bet he knows already. Probably just got a bad one. Glad that it didn't end up costing him the car.
