Wheel still on ...maybe tie rod ?
When I was in high school I had a chance to buy a '69 in this silver/black motif (not a Z-28, though) and in this good of condition. (Okay, the alignment was better.) It was an automatic, though. Even at 17 (keeee-rist, 25 years ago) I knew how evil torque converters are. :)
