Oh, for audio on this one...
Car was running pretty rough when I saw it on Saturday...sounded like it was cutting out.
Might wanna think about adding a spark arrestor. Or get it tuned properly.
I think she's running a little rich Captain.
Maybe it has a timing issue. But carbureted rotaries normally dumped a lot of unburned fuel into the exhaust on over-run. On street cars, it was burned in the catalytic converter. The race cars always looked like this gearing down for corners. The Grand Am RX-8's still flash (smaller) blue and red flames at night on over-run.
Its all shytes and giggles until someone on a cruiser loses an eyebrow.
