On THOSE tires? Smell a trailer somewhere....
I've heard it takes knobby balls to ride motocross, but apparently it's necessary for the Dragon too.

That's an XR650L. If he's carrying oil then it might be because he actually did ride it from California. Might even be a member of the advrider forum.
