I still believe every time I see a "guy" in one of those.... he's gay! Just a GLC - gay little car.
I am not sure about these...it kind of seems that the roofs were pieced together. I do like the mini's though.

Maybe the cars aren't gay, guess I shouldn't have said that. But, EVERY guy I have ever seen in one IS GAY. Maybe somewhere in the world is a straight man forced to drive a Mini because his car broke down and he is driving his wife's car or his gay buddy's car.
Well...my son-in-law has a Cooper S, and he's not gay as far as I know. And my daughter has a plain Mini Clubman, and she's not a lesbian, as far as I know.
So I don't see that New Minis are gendered. But I don't quite get the point of the car, either. So says the former owner of an Old Mini and current owner of a Civic Si. Luckily, neither of them reads this blog...
Like Miatas everyone calls them gay until they have actually driven one. They are brilliant. Best handling fwd ever period. Type-r included.
I'm just saying all the guys I have met in these cars are gay. It's just that certain vehicles attract certain types - look at Harleys, those people are all very tough and scary..... well, at least they pretend to be.
So does that mean that they are pretending to be gay as well?

Looks like a regular mini with less headroom. I've only met a few people that drive minis and they were all retired folks. Straight, older crowd.

A lot of the biggest Harley riders I know are lesbians and bears, Delta. Judge not a person by the size of their engine...
I think you mean the car is "queer". That is a better word for it. Queer meaning "different" and not necessary in a good way. Queer was queer way before it became a dig on one's sexuality.
I like the regular Coopers and Cooper S's. They are great handling cars. I've driven many at AutoX's. They are the bomb.

I guess Delta hasn't been around 129 the 1st week of May every year for the last 9 years. With over 800 people at MOTD this year I recall seeing very few "gay" people. But perhaps that's because my husband was there with his Cooper S, while I drove my JCW Clubman. And we hung out with a bunch of our other married MINI Cooper loving friends.
I haven't driven any other cars than my Clubman on the Dragon, but I used to have an '05 Civic Si, and the handling in my MINI surpasses the Si, hands down!
Just to be clear, I meant my kids and their spouses don't read Killboy.com.
Everybody knows that Old Minis and Civic Si's don't read blogs.
Dunno about Harleys and lesbians and bears... There could be a research grant, or a PhD thesis in here somewhere...
