Need...bigger...bears...
wooo! another one that won't be pushing out the human population! :D
Sickening!
Small dick hunters.
Another victim of "bear-tipping"
cow-tippers needed a bigger challenge..
Give them a gun...the bears that is...NOW that is true sportsmanship! Even the playing field.
I do not like seeing this...makes me sad.
Or, tillis78, let the humans go after the bears, but to make it even they have to be naked and have NO weapons . . . . . .
I assume none of you eat meat, or you believe that it is made at the grocery store.
If you need meat that bad, get a job and go to the market.
If that is too hard try to hunt without dogs running the bear to near death and shooting him when he runs across the road. Kinda cowardly dont ya think ?
Cheap beer and a UHF receiver is not very sporting.
RC 51, I dunno about bears in TN and NC, but things are looking up for the deer in OH. They just passed a law that says OK to conceal/carry into bars.
Didn't say anything about what you have to order. In fact, you can't drink, so sayeth the law. But the barkeeps wanted to know who was gonna take the patron's weapon away after he had a couple of belts in him.
It's a kind of Darwin Award on behalf of the deer.
Lotta anti-hunters around here. That's sad. Poaching is one thing, but regulated responsible hunting is completely different.
Funny Pilote, we've now had the CCW in bars law for over a year in VA and to my amazement there's not only been no mass murdering drunks, but no bar murders AT ALL!! Amazing the fear mongerors were wrong I guess.
You're right though, we should all give up our guns like on the VT campus so that deranged criminals can massacre us all, and eat all of our bear meat THAT GOD HAS GIVEN US TO USE (Gen 1:26). Moron.
I don't like seeing it much myself, to be honest. Much nicer seeing it in the wild - alive. BUT, I'm not necessarily against hunting either... Michael said it best - Regulated & Responsible. If the hunter got the kill with a bow - even a compound bow, that's much more respectable. Hunting with a rifle is fishing in a barrel, however, and really isn't all that rewarding as far as the actual sport of hunting.
What does bother me is that folks probably aren't hunting bear for the meat. It somehow just seems a little "yahoo" to me. I AM MAN - I KILL BEAR!!! ARGGHHH...
And yes, I eat meat. Almost every day. Best food in the world. But it rarely comes from greedy hunters. What can I say?
What is truly interesting is how a discussion began about not caring to see dead animals and it becoming about handing over your weapons, man, and what "GOD" has given us.
