Judging from how BIG the helmet looks on the passenger I'm thinking he's giving someone a ride and only had HIS helmet available.
I think those two belong together. They have on the same style of boot. The helmet does look too big. Big enough for the both of them? Yeti has THIS one called right.

Ther helmet is a Scorpion EXO 900 I think. It's a helmet that you can remove the lower front piece and change it from full face to open face.
Is it Janet Reno on the front ?
