I see a lot of younger/newer riders that find themselves riding on badly worn tires because they are too broke to get new skins. I usually work a deal to change them for cheap but I also try to teach them how easy it is to change Bike tires. Order them cheap online and save a lot!!
That is some scary shit.
When you can see how much air is in the tire...time to change it.
