I think you're more likely to unload the inside wheel...you know...given that they still lean the wrong way.

2wh..etc..etc... Thankfully the government is protecting us from those deadly ATC's.
If I recollect correctly the so-called reason for the ban was a high-proportion of kids/teenagers and such were getting killed/paralyzed/maimed/injured/etc
If I do remember rightly, some had no helmets/gear.
Some were not taught the weird way they handle and how to correctly ride them.
You can't just throw helmetless 12 year olds on an ATC and let them ride off unsupervised! Who's fault was that, hmmm?
