If the cruiser won't use the pulloffs...use them yourself and wait. No need to put other people in danger because you're impatient.
I don't understand why THP/NCST cannot be in the photo area's looking for this. Cars and bikes included. But, NO! If your licence plate is not installed right we will give you a ticket!
