I like these things and I would love to have one to haul my disabled son through the Gap but every time I see them now It bugs the crap out of me that you can earn your NC motorcycle endorsement on one. Its nothing like riding a two wheel machine.
I own one, I had my endorsement for 15 years before I went to the Spyder. If they are never going to ride 2 wheels, what does it matter?
It matters that folks on two wheels are required to do things on the test thats impossible for the 3 wheel vehicle to FAIL at, so its reflicted for them to take the same test. Why not let a regular car license work on these.

hmm..what if they *did* jump on a motorsickle? They would have legal endorsement for something they have *never* tried.
