Is that street legal? I wouldn't think any modern 2 stroke was legal. If it was I would be all over it.
Maybe if it's old enough...or if you're sneaky enough at the DMV. ;)
In Alabama, if the frame is 1974 or older, you don't need a title. You could pull some shenanigans with motor after that.
