My friend here kicked around trading me his supercharged 'Stang for my Evo

I dunno, what do y'all think?  I am getting kinda bored with the Evo after all these years, and 550+hp RWD would be interesting.  It'll need some suspension work though.

Hot. What condition is it in?

I'd take the Stang! But I would get rid of the S2000 and keep the Evo..

Do 'stangs require oil?

I think I was behind this car for a bit on Sunday. That's a mean sounding Mustang (and a skilled driver, too).

what will you drive in the snow?

Oil? I thought that was just for ricers.

Yeah he drives pretty good for a one-armed bandit...lost his right arm from the elbow down in a bike wreck a couple of years ago. It's a manual car too.

It's in good shape, and work has been done to boost the power. Wheels are wider aftermarket, springs clipped, and that's about it that I know of.

You mean 550hp isn't enough to get through snow?!

Bored? Evo?? Seriously??? Listen, KB, if you're not even gonna miss it, I'll take care of her until you make up your mind. Heated garage, oil and octane three times a day, fed to her by beautiful women. It'll be a sight!

UHH the words American Muscle mean anything...do it, but I do agree with Richard, get rid of the S2000 before the Evo if he's up to it.

We took it for a drive and it felt too...foreign for me. (total oxymoron I know) Shifter was way far forward, clutch crazy stiff, (aftermarket "stage 3+" with excellent holding strength I'm sure) and the steering required a lot of input motion, not necessarily strength, but the amount of rotation required to make the car turn was more than I'm comfortable with.

The power was cool, not as strong as I expected though really...heavy car I guess. I'd argue the Evo would give it a good run, especially from a dead stop, even with 100 fewer ponies because mine weighs about 1000 pounds less. The Mustang would spin the tires much easier though, which could be fun.

Just keep the Evo for now, maybe sell it eventually and maybe turbo the S2k...it's just the most fun I've ever had in a car with clothes on.

Personal preference is everything.

I'd get the Cobra, those are awesome cars. Former vortech S2K owner here.
