Gracias, y'all.
Those who trash it up--mostly trash trucks that are leaking the load, and pickups with stuff blowing out. Each of which are NEVER pulled by the po po for a check. Doubt much trash is chucked by the motorcyclists, kind of hard to be carrying any thing to chuck.
