Doin' the "Flying Harley Man" from last update. It's really catching on!
I feel the dudes pain. Finally getting a chance to ride the dragon and you get stuck behind a little girl singing Miley Cirus tunes all the while doing her nails and talking on her dell phone.

Maybe he saw some action in the car and signaled, "he scored." Then again, maybe not. :)
