Weekly Update - March 17, 2011

A bit of a break in the weather, then right back to freezing rain Monday.  This weekend is looking stellar though, and traffic has been very low so far this year.  No incidents to report, and the only police activity we saw last week, indeed all year was for a semi escort Saturday.  Play nice together and let's keep it that way.
