THP trooper says Northbound lane of the Dragon is Fed jurisdiction at the 0.5MM speed trap, so Blount County court dismissed the 60 mph speeding ticket, with costs paid by the State. Lawyer J Matthew Elrod says that means the default speed limit is 65 MPH on the Dragon.
