Shame they discontinued them...I tried to snag one there toward the end, but couldn't find any in my size...would have been cool to see them continue development and make them a little more understated but keep the hard, replaceable plastic exoskeletal pieces. I understand the knee pucks are a bit of an inconvenience though as they click on (don't use velcro) so you're stuck with buying Alpinestars replacements only.

Personally I wasn't too impressed with the suit, but the puck thing gets to me. Peeved when a manu tries to lock you into buying their replacement bits.
The pucks ticked me off until I called Alpinestars to order repalcements. They sent me a new set free of charge. Talk about good customer service!
The suit could use more perforation though!
Well that's pretty impressive, although how many people would have thought to call them about it. I woulda just sucked it up and ordered them somewhere.
The design and colors were a little...flashy, but the idea of replaceable plastic outer armor I think is fantastic. I guess it means no more throwing the suit away after every minor crash, so less sales, so scrap that idea!
Try Vanson Leathers. Minor get-offs just shine-up the leather.
