LOL. Yes, Yo ARKiV, you can say "a plethora of sportybikes", just don't say "a myriad". (It's just myriad, without the "a" -- drives me nuts when I hear newscasters say it wrong.)

It's perfectly cromulent to put an article, e.g., 'a' or 'the', before the word myriad.
