I am just considering what would happen if a gust of wind blew that and it hung on something like another bike or a landscaping trailer.

A beloved pony tail recently cut off severing his youth ?
If by chance a Pirate actually used that girly-tassel to "whip" cars he felt threatened by, how many times could he get away with it before he whipped the 'wrong car'? Then what does the Pirate do?
Probably use his expert Buccaneering skilz to "lay 'er down", cute little whip held high overhead in his left hand while the right deftly works the throttle and brake after being bumper-punted by the whipped.
