WTF? I just don't get it.
Well, you see, if you turn in harder to cut across the yellow, it creates more wear on the tires, and this guy has several hundred dollars burning a hole in is pocket, and he needs something to spend it on.
Or maybe he's just a sloppy driver. Yeah, that's probably it.
