is the kid's helmet even strapped? Looks like the strap is hanging or just too loose to touch her chin. Jeez....
Jeeez! Why would you tie your child to the bike? If she needs to be tied on, she doesn't belong on the back IMO.
I would say the kid is used to it.. Look at the boots...
Strapped to bike? Probably a good thing as opposed to being tossed or dropped in case of emergency maneuvers.
