The motor looks to be a Yamaha... ?
headlight & tank reminds me of an older Seca 750
The uncovered front sprocket and tennis shoe strings makes me nervous. As for what it was / is I see lots of Yamaha, but the small tube frame has me scratching my head. Then engine looks like an later model 2003 or later FZ engine.
Its either the old school R1 (97/98) or the 01 FZ1. Most likely an old R1.
Or at least that is what the engine back is........looks like the front has had something severe done. My 01 FZ1 had a radiator a long way from the front wheels......
But frame, tank, brakes, wheels, mudguard and engine are of old R1/FZ1 variety.
