I think he means, he has ANOTHER woman pregnant too!
I once saw a sign in a JimmyJohns that said "do not ever allude to a woman's pregnancy unless you see a baby actually emerging from her uterus at that exact moment". She may be trying to tell you that there's a great burrito place in Fontana Village.
