Nearly got nicked by one of these guys on 28 just south of the gap.
Driver was 1/2 car in my lane!
sorry not all the new guys are familiar with the rules although we try our best to keep reminding them.
I know it happens, which is why I leave margin... Just leaned it in further.
The rest of your folks were keeping it between the navigational beacons
Don't those crazy old "stay in your lane" rules apply most everywhere?
Or, are you saying he is newly licensed and does not know the rules of the road?
