Been there...done that...OUCH.
Oh yeah, pavement does hurt, so do cars and trucks! I will attest to Full-Face Helmets as the *only* way to ride all the time!
Fuck those "Soup-Bowls"
For the record I do not belive in "helmet laws", I have always worn mine because it is my best friend along with the oft forgotten Front brake!
Whew, send me the therapy bill on that one.
