I remember a few guys around here that had em' in the early 70's but I had to Google to find out a little more about em'..... pretty interesting.

John Penton made a deal with KTM to import their bikes, but only if he could put his name on them. For a while the bike was sold under both the Penton and KTM names.

Owned a 250 Penton,got to where i was making parts for it so i traded it for a nice hunting rifle

I remember racing against Pentons during my MX days back in the early 70's. They were good bikes in terms of power and handling but most of the people I knew who had them said they had reliability problems.
