To be honest, if that things on fire, who is going to go for the fire extinguisher where it's attached LOL.
Are you going to go for it on the ground 10 foot from the truck?
Actually pretty smart...he can grab it on his way OUT of the cab. No chance he'll stay inside trying to get one from there. Safe thinking...
if that thing catches fire, you need to be somewhere asking someone " what was that big noise?"
Required by law in or on any commercial truck. The way it's set up makes for on less question to answer when stopped at the balance or DOT patrol.
