It is a state paved road. There tax dollars pay for its upkeep too. I farm. I got stuff that takes up most of the other lane. I get over when I can. Until then you just need to stay calm.
Thankz Spotters for helpin out the Pro truck drivers getting thru the Twisted Tangled mess, Look at all these Motersikle Riders crowding both sides of the PUBLIC Rd.
Nice ZRX there too, but I don't recognize the license plate.
