1/2 British 1/2 Japanese
I'd say 1/2 Brit - the roundel popularised by the likes of "The Who," used by the "Mod" culture and the Triumph jacket;
and 1/2 Italian - the Piaggio px150 (again a fav of the "Mod" culture)
Not sure where you got the Jap bit from... the rider certainly doesn't look like one
