Probably got pulled over because he has a HArley Davidson plate on the front. Last time I was there, motorcycles were getting harassed and all kinds of violations by cars, trucks, and other LEOs were let go like they never happened.

Most likely crossing the center line around the corners

Yeah, it's traffic stops like this that "ran the Hoot out of Knoxville".....and the Homecoming out of Marysville, Ohio too, I guess....not.

I believe that the Hoot and Homecomings were cancelled due to the poor economy, at least that was the reason given. I was just making a point that the LEOs do tend to pick on motorcyclists while letting other motorists slide many time on the Dragon. I followed a pickup pulling a camper and another motorcycle through. The truck and camper were in the wrong lane as much as they were in the right lane and I watched a trooper pull over the motorcycle behind the camper (my guess is following too close or something like that).

"Uncle Jessie, you know why I pulled you over?"

I know Stephen, I was simply making a stab (in jest) at the few (ok, ok, the ONE) that continues to blame LEO presence on anything and everything negative involving this 11 mile stretch of road.

I agree TooKool. Blaming LEO for Honda canceling the Hoot...geesh!

Piss poor officer safety on his stance and approach...

PMGueze, his relaxed tactics are probably because they are related. ;)

"So, I thought you were bringing me some donuts?"

We get ticked off when we are stereotyped as motorcyclists, but don't have a problem stereotyping LEOs (the donut comment). "Do unto others...." comes to mind.
