How'd that happen, weird location to go down. Looks like he just fell over

He started going down way back in the beginning of the turn, and slid all the way through and out. It was weird but this is near the end.

Glad the rider is OK. We all chose to wear gear or not wear gear, looks like he made the right choice today. Myself, I choose ATGATT.

Yeah, but will he buy a photo of himself eating pavement?

No, he will not, because we never sell crash photos. They are given to the crasher at no charge. Even the money made from our crash article in Motorcyclist a couple of years ago was donated to charity.

It looked like a tripod from my angle. He just leaned the bike over and whatever hit first gave the bike some lift. Yet he sprang right up into action while him and his buddy had the road cleared in short order.
It was really a lucky dragon righthand...a flash knockdown...he was up on the 5 count.

I'm the crash test dummy! If you're use to sport bikes don't ride an old cruiser! can't blame the bike though,it was 100% my fault. Pitched it in too hard and levered the front. Gear does pay. Rode 300 miles after the wreck. 100's of trips across the dragon over 25 years and this was the first time down. @*^$%#
