Um, his trailer is a truck box with wheels?
1: Hogging the Yellow Line
2: Givi top box
3: Not sure, aftermarket exhaust
4: Trailer as mentioned above, truck box
5: Reflection of face in back of windscreen.
6: Engine guards have the wind protectors on them(keeps your legs warm!)

I may be wrong, but isn't the cross-section of the trailer in the shape of a state?

1. The license plate frame on the trailer has a dragon or gator at the bottom (can't really tell with the glare)
2. His right suspender is twisted

Back of trailer looks like a robot face?
There is a shadow in the shape of a dragon in the ditch just in front of his front wheel, and light pattern in the shape of a Thunderbird in the right side of the shot about midway up. Did I weeen?
