it's saying...."hey I drive a Mercedes...i'm important so get out of my way....I own this road"
Typical Benz-driver.
Those cars come with a built-in right-of-way. At least that´s what many of their owners seem to think ;-)
Think you people have missed the message here. Move over is for people driving in the left lane and don't get over for faster traffic.
jd, We know what it means. It also implies the driver might be a little snobbish.
