I'm guessing it's an inside forum joke, but haven't studied up on it if anyone wants to provide a link to the explanation.
I took the sign down after getting the shot and have it at home here now...nice work on the sign, BTW. Figured if I didn't get it TDOT would toss it in the trash shortly anyway.
