Went through this a few weeks ago with someone else wearing the same helmet. (minus the spikes which I assume the owner added here) It's most likely a clone of the original Simpson helmet by CKX called "Demon".

thanks m8, I don't know if i'd want to put my noggin in a $49 helmet. looks trick though.
Looks like a Simpson Bandit to me... cost mre like $500
