The passenger's a guy? Really? It's hard to tell but it looks like there's some lady lumps there in the front. Padding?
Besides the fun differences between the male and female anatomy is the construction of the elbow. At full extension, the female elbow is somewhat beyond 180 degrees, whereas a males is normally right at 180 degrees, ergo...it's a female.
