It is a Mini Moke.
The Mini Moke is a vehicle based on the Mini and designed for the British Motor Corporation (BMC) by Sir Alec Issigonis.
The name comes from "Mini"—the car with which the Moke shares many parts, and "Moke", which is an archaic dialect term for "donkey."
Build in the 60's in the UK and later on in other parts of the world.

Actually I been wantin' to know... this one and a green one ran up and down Townsend all weekend... green one blew a head gasket just a few miles up the foothills.... courtesy truck picked him up along with a red Mini with a bad fuel pump.
