Is that a Yamaha TZ?
Aweful big mufuffler for a two stroke... But it does have a nice swingarm, aftermarket shocks YSS maybe? Does have an RDish looking tach, But the frame(footpegs) are not rd. Front end kinda looks rd...

The muffler is a little large, but I could swear I see the start of an expansion chamber just before the pipe curls back up on the right side. Maybe not though. What is it KB??
The rear fender is a Yamaha flat-track replica
'77 XS650. I talked to him for a while, funny guy.
Wasn't Mike Dobyns was it? He was down there on a bike something like this, and he's kinda' funny, too. Plate is 4NIK8.
