I don't dislike the ST, I've ridden with a couple and it seems a nice enough bike. But, damn, this color makes it looks like the White Whale. Only buy white if your name is "Ishmael!" :)
BTW, the flag just looks like it's coming off its little stick.

Yup - it's a Police ST. Don't think they come in white other than that. Passenger seat thingie is from a copbike as well.
