Was that a V-Strom or a Triumph Tiger? Either way...come on man! You're going to give those nice folks a heart attack when they were just trying to go for a nice drive.
OK like this doesn't happen all day! There are WAY too many cars trucks and bikes that go over the line...the answer would be LEO's on unmarked bikes, or even better, how about one of those pop ups like in Death Race? When you have some joker coming around the corner on your side, you hit the sensor with your tire, it pops up and takes him out! We could call it, KILLBOY!!!

That is scary. Who do you think is more frightened in that instance? The biker or the driver minding his own business when some biker tries to rearrange a Miata?
Not to condone this action, but geesh, have none of you guys ever made a mistake. I've done that before, gave myself a good dressing down. I haven't repeated that specific mistake again. So unless this guy is making a habit of this behavior, how about giving him a bit of leeway? JMHO
