Excellent pics KB, I've been diving since the late 70's.

Ocean dives are SOOO much better than lake dives, unless you're spear fishing for bass :-) but I usually just snorkel for that.

A buddy of mine goes to Can Cun (sp?) and does whale sharks dives, man that would be awesome! I've done a shark dive before, but they weren't whale sharks, they were nurse sharks. A bit disturbing seeing sharks swimming around in the water and jumping in the middle of them LOL. You should do it if you get a chance, it's a helluva rush.

Slik: Neither really, just shooting into the sun which throws the light metering off, making the camera shoot too dark. Thank!

Scotty: Never heard of spear-fishing for bass...imagine spearing one about the same time some fisherman hooks him.

I wouldn't mind swimming with sharks as long as I'm well under when they approach...I understand the increased dangers of being around the surface with sharks. About like splashing around on the banks of a river infested with crocs...you'd be better off swimming through them.

Lori, on the other hand, would never be down for shark diving.
