Lori is in complete opposition when I say I want to do this so bad before I die. (which would probably be around the same time I did that)
Also, I'm still editing the hours of footage we shot while on vacation, but one quick clip I want to go ahead and post up is this little plant that just fascinated me:
These amazing little plants react to touch, and close up. They open back up in a few minutes.

Haha, seriously? Those weeds were everywhere when I was growing up... we called them 'sleeping grass' and they were mainly a pain because they're all thorny. I guess it makes sense that people who'd never seen it would get a kick out of it...

KB, you can do this.
19 years ago I did a base jump off of the NRG bridge in Va. This was not with a winged suit.
Winged suits were not the norm in those days and were frowned on by most of the skydiving community.
Before you even attempt to do this off of a clift you would need to be a competent skydiver familar with jumping with the batwing/winged suits.
You can do this but do it in a way that you can come back home.
