How much would it cost to get a decent 'copter?

A good, non-piece-of-junk battery powered helicopter that is basic and goes up, down (obviously), side to side, front to back and rotate CW and CCW will run around $100 - $130 probably. DO NOT buy from the link below, they are scam artist and have many complaints against them (including mine).

There are many sites owned by this company, so look for the phone number of (626) 968-9860. If you see that phone number, it's just another name for the same scam company.

The copter here is about $100 and has co-axial rotors and is a lot of fun. The piece of crap this company sold is similar and I love flying it. the site above has the Colco on their webpge, but that's not what I was shipped. I just did not think to fight it soon enough. Colco itself is a good brand if you can find it on a site not assiciated with the one above.

I hope you try it! It's a blast! I'd also recommend the flight sim with it. It comes with a USB computer 4 channel remote to practice with. Well worth the money you save on replacement parts! Also leave your rotors loose enough to move easily...they will last longer.
