If not photoshop it is some other image editor.
He's racing that Prius in front of him. It looks like he is back, but if he paces himself right, he will pass the Prius in the uphill section.
I can confirm there is no tom-foolery on this pic. I took the shot last week early in the morning. I passed him southbound coming in. I got setup and a few minutes later, here he come down the wavy section like Usain Bolt. Apparently he ran the gap both north and south, impressive yes... choice of roads for a jog? Up for argument I suppose.

The next time you photoshop a photo like this, don't forget to add the shadow.
He's running through shadows. You can't see a shadow on top of another shadow.
I give up.
If you look closely (zoomed in), you can see the darker shadow of his right foot and also see the shadow of his left foot albeit small and a bit washed out. Not an edited photo IMO.
Not to mention the light is shining dead-on from the right, so the shadow is somewhere in the next zip code, but yeah, you caught us...
People are saying this is a 'shop prob. because his right foot doesn't seem to match up with the road (at first)
but then you realize.....HE'S RUNNING. Both feet are in the air in this frame.
Check Sept 4, odd shots. He is there in 4 pics.
Not a 'shop job. What would Killboy have to gain by shopping this? Nothing.
I don't see a need to go jogging, much less on the Dragon, much less on the centerline!
