Is that a miniature cowbell hanging underneath?
It's a gremlin bell. It keeps the road gremlins off your bike.
I've always understood it to be an angel bell, to keep the rider safe.
On my bike it is a gremlin bell, if I'm seeing angels then I've got other problems (that or someone added special mushrooms to the pizza)
I saw this bike, very, very nice! There is a lot of serious high quality workmanship here- custom bodywork, LED turn signals under several coats of clear. This guy's wife had an identical bike.
