The guy in foreground is just cruising. I'm sure, seeing how the cruiser in the background is passing in curves that the traffic is moving slow.
Cut the guy in the foreground some slack, he's not doing anything to endanger anyone but himself, and at that speed, not much happens fast unless an idiot comes into his lane.
I wasn't talking about the guy up front. To be clear, the guy in the back is WAY out of line.
I've been stuck behind slow traffic on the dragon countless times. I don't think it matters how slow the guy in front of you is going. You never know how fast the guy you can't see around the corner is going coming AT you. There are MUCH better places to make a pass up here.
